Lol. This is pathetic
I just wrote a long post about my problems just trying to REPORT an outage to Comcast. Of course “oh no, problem! Deleted!” So even the mechanism to complain about bad customer service is broken.
look. Its not my modem. There is an outage in my area. I want to report it. Stop telling me to restart/unplug my modem ( i have at lest 5 times and yes all the cables are tight) and get someone to look into the issue!
my equipment is fine. My internet is off. If the only “solution” anyone can think of is upselling me on your less performant modem that I have to rent for $10 per month, forget it.
