Hello, @user_8tgcdd, and sorry for the inconvenience. Can you provide more details about what you are experiencing when attempting log out of your account? Is this online or using the Xfinity App?

I was overseas. On line, the logout button was shaded out. In addition (and this annoying issue has happened before when out of the country), on a cell phone's  Outlook app, it kept asking me to sign in to my account(s). After signing in with the correct password, a message says the PW is incorrect, thereby not allowing me to get my email. Annoying. Now that I am back, all is resolved -- perhaps until the next trip.

I'm sorry that was happening when you were traveling user_8tgcdd. I'm sure that may be one of the most important times to be able to access your account and email. I'm happy things are working again, but I don't want this to be an issue the next time you need to travel. The only way to figure this out would be while you are away, but one thing to check is if you can open an incognito or private browser page the next time you are away. That should allow you to access another Xfinity account without the need to sign out of the current account you are accessing.
