@user_vu0hg5 - We'd appreciate the chance to help out and turn this experience around. I'd like to ask a few questions to gain a better understanding and work together towards a fix. It's important to us that you're able to log into your Xfinity account. Are you having an issue remaining logged into the Xfinty app, or online in My Account? Is this issue occurring on multiple devices?
