logging in to new account service

I just started my service with xfinity and i received and email to confirm my email and now every time i log in, no matter the browser, i am instantly logged out. when i try to log in on the app i am met with You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service. ive tried looking up my xfinity user ID with my phone number and ive tried with my email and it says they don’t match the records. i am yet to even attempt to set up my own modem and router bc they haven’t came yet, however there is an xfinity hotspot where i am and i cant even access that bc i cant stay logged in for longer than 2 seconds but apparently my account doesn’t exist but i verified my phone number and email for this “nonexistent” account. cmon bruh xfinity fix this
