Agents disrupted my service causing my channel tier to drop down and my home phone line to become an operable and to escalate my payment over $30 more than what I was paying

Hello jeanster thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here via our Xfinity Forums. Were you reaching out looking for a new cost-saving plan? In what way is the home line inoperable? Do you still have a dial tone? Are you able to receive but not make calls?
