Locked account for online payments

Good afternoon,
I am sending this email as I have been contacting support for months now about why I am unable to make payment online on my account. Apparently, there was an issue with pulling my payment from an account I had known nothing about. There was no reason to pull payment as my account has been paid in full before due dates for several years. This issue is solely on Xfinity and I am paying the price.
 My account is locked from making any form of payment other than at a cash kiosk. This is infuriating as I have done nothing wrong to have this happen. This is issue is entirely Xfinity. I want my account to be able to store a payment method and make payments online, once again. Attached I have evidence admitting this was solely on Xfinity and had nothing to do with me. Yet I am paying the price. Please retore my billing account to enable payments online immediately. I am a longtime loyal customer who has never missed or have been late on payment for the life of my account.

Xfinity deleted the evidence I posted about them admitting they messed my account up and locked it. I have posted again.

Unacceptable to delete my image proving Xfinity is at fault and not rectifying the situation immediately. Has not been resolved since Sept 2024.
