Since work was completed in my area yesterday, I can no longer receive Rockford programs.

user_f4f4bm Thank you for stopping in for help with not receiving your local channel. Work in the area should not have impacted what channels you receive. We would be happy to help. Are you getting an error message or code when you try to tune into these channels?

The H&I channel disappeared. The screen is showing a message saying that it’s no longer available. Why????

user_dbew3t I was able to find some information showing that some WJBK sub-channels were removed, effective June 25th, in some areas due to local station agreements, so they would be removed from our channel lineup availability.
