Local Minneapolis support phone number regarding current home installation, possible change or repair

Extremely frustrated with inability to speak to a human.  I need to have my current home installation reviewed .. there are cables coming in from the roof, in addition to other places, and my roofer is questioning if the ones coming in from the roof are needed, or could be moved.  Who can I speak to about this?  I assume someone would have to come out to look at it.  I have cables coming into the house from a variety of places, but the roofer is specifically questioning that one.  I am in the New Hope area of Minneapolis.  I was unable to figure out how to start a live chat.  The main support line didn't even understand what I was requesting, and was clearly in another country.  The automated chat assistant doesn't deal with this topic.
