Local Location sad
I have been with xfinity for about 3 straight years. Working from home, xfinity being reliable. I have had the same modem this entire time. It goes out today, true enough it is raining out today. But I reside across the street from the 1350 Ironton location in Aurora Colorado. So I came over knowing that customer service generally will direct you to the nearest store for an exchange. The young man at the front was nice. I chose to wait just for an associate who was abrasive and dismissive. Very unprofessional to say the system down call customer service. When I am there for an exchange. He sarcastically sorry and there is nothing for the day they can do. Mind you i am there roughly 2hrs before they even close @5pm. I was there about 3:50pm. Not including the 2 to 4 minute wait. Very unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service. No understanding and NO resolution. Grumpy and unhelpful employees at this location was my experience
