Local channel removed

What in the WORLD is going on with my local station? CBS channel 5!!!!? Are you kidding me! A local station that if I was to cancel my subscription and buy an antenna and receive all local stations for FREE! It’s ridiculous anyway that we are paying for free local stations and now it’s currently unavailable! I am not happy with this matter. At this moment xfinity has an upset customer weighing my options!!!!!

I am so upset too!  Same - my local channel gone due to some bullsh*t negotiations not working out.  Because I am sure Xfinity wants to maintain their bottom line. GRRRR

Scripps, the owner of these broadcast stations, is not reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated.

I’m very much considering going back to FIOS. I’m already having issues with their internet. It’s not taking much for me to move on at this point.

I’m sure the sentiment is ditto thousands of times over. Guess 300 dollars a month for service is’t enough. I guess considering our options is what is needed.
