Have all their services for years "but" can not get live person to communicate! This is the worst phony company in America! And their prices change every time i get a bill! And my internet goes out every other day! Have been out many times and they change stuff but not solution! Service people only interested in you giving them top grade points! Houston, Texas you have too many problems! Too big and don.t care except for always raising prices!

To send a direct message:

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
