Live support from someone NOT rude!

I just hung up with the rudest Xfinity representative ever! I called because for the past two weeks I cannot talk on my phone within my home and have to step outside. This woman talked over me and raised her voice at me. She started out by wanting to sell me a warranty service for four devices within my home! She would not even listen to my concerns. I couldn’t believe I was actually talking to an Xfinity representative, but I verified the phone number afterwards and sure enough! I am so frustrated with my phone service that I am so ready to cancel if I cannot talk to someone who can walk me through a fix for this new problem that I am experiencing. I do not want to Chat with the assistant, I want a live person on the phone.

If you're unable to talk on your mobile phone within your home, it may be due to a weak cellular signal. You can use WiFi calling as an alternative, which allows you to make and receive calls over a WiFi network.
