My bill got all messed up apparently,we added mobile service a couple weeks ago and pay over $300 to get it started the on the 27th payed the Internet bill and our service was suspended yesterday for non payment,I had to take to 5 different agents during the Mobile set up and somebody messed up,it says I owe $288 now , something is not right

I have cut my phone line to my home. I need to have the line reconnected to my house. I was given a repair date of 07/19/2025!? I have seen at least 3 Xfinity vans in my area, i need a repair person here for 10 minutes to reconnect. CAN YOU HELP?
