Live person

My Internet has been down for over 24 hours. AI keeps telling me it’s going to be fixed by XX:XX, but that never happens. I would like a live person to give me confirmation as to what the problem is, and when it will actually be repaired. The AI nonsense is just ridiculous.

user_ct0j1o Oh no! I would be super concerned if that was my email given that all my bills and statements come in there. Let's see how we can help you resolve the concerns with the email. To start, can you tell me how you are accessing the email? Is it via our Xfinity webmail client, or a third party email client like Outlook or Apple mail?
