LIVE help

Please stop saying “something went wrong” and getting rid of my comments. You can call e at to resolve multiple issues with my email. We pay you way too much to continue to be ignored. How is it that you don’t have live representatives? This is so frustrating! 
Do you know that you have a TERRIBLE reputation for being a company that doesn’t care about their customers at all?

There is no room left to receive new emails. There is now more than one inbox and I automatically am cc’d on everything I send. I need to clear this asap but I don’t want to delete one of the inboxes in case it deletes all of my inboxes. Also, there is reference to a server that was never there before.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
