Live Customer Agent

Why even calling the number can I not get to a live customer agent? I am so frustrated right now that most of my services are about to go back to Utube TV. I am sure my issue is quickly resolvable but not by a [Edited: "Profanity"] computer. At $200 a month I should be able to speak with a live person for issues.

Hello user_ij2gdp thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums! I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations with calling in, but we do have agents available 24/7 by calling 1-800-XFINITY(934-6489) or 1-800-COMCAST(266-2278) 

 

For troubleshooting, we have a wealth of resources here in the Forums I'm sure can help! What's going on with the services to cause such a headache?

@XfinityAlfonso​ I can not find or access the Xfinity email, I have read through the promps they bring up and it gets me no where.

@XfinityAlfonso​ also I have called that number and followed the instructions, it does not take you to a live agent, it wont except live agent as an answer, it wants to know a general problem, then throws you to the AI assistant. this is so not helpful.

The Xfinity Assistant is there to help answer common questions and even help with troubleshooting Xfinity equipment. We here on the Forums as well can be that resource, and as you say, it may be a simple fix. What's going on that we can help with today?
