Live Customer Agent

Why even calling the number can I not get to a live customer agent? I am so frustrated right now that most of my services are about to go back to Utube TV. I am sure my issue is quickly resolvable but not by a [Edited: "Profanity"] computer. At $200 a month I should be able to speak with a live person for issues.

For troubleshooting, we have a wealth of resources here in the Forums I'm sure can help! What's going on with the services to cause such a headache?

@XfinityAlfonso I can not find or access the Xfinity email, I have read through the promps they bring up and it gets me no where.

@XfinityAlfonso also I have called that number and followed the instructions, it does not take you to a live agent, it wont except live agent as an answer, it wants to know a general problem, then throws you to the AI assistant. this is so not helpful.
