Live chat
My Xfinity TV was out. I just wanted to find out if I needed to reset my box or what was going on. Live chat kept me on line for so long asking ridiculous questions. Finally I asked if it was a local problem. They said yes. They still wanted to keep me connected. Do they get paid by the minute or something. That is disrespectful of my time.
