How do I live chat with Xfinity?

looking at all the reviews, it sounds like it’s impossible! So why do you say there’s live chat when there isn’t?

Hey there user_vnxg63 there are several ways to live chat with an Xfinity agent: 

 

- visiting Xfinity.com and using our Xfinity Assistant. 

 

- On Facebook and X(Formerly Twitter) @XfinitySupport

 

- We are available via our Xfinity SubReddit to talk 1-1 as needed. 

 

- We also offer 1-1 support via Xfinity Forums as well.  If we can inquire(in general terms) what is the main issue you're working on right now?

@user_cbru82 I understand the frustration. Are you able to try incognito https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing and do not check to keep you logged in on the website? I have had success with other customers doing these steps.

To check here, please send us a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
