I would like a transcript of a chat with a live agent named Richard.  This occurred 7/29/26 sometime between 9. - 11 am.

I was given a lot of information about obtaining services, cost, process, with and without something’s and I just wanted to discuss with my spouse Reaching out to him so I wanted to give him the correct information so we can make an informed decision
