Live chat complaint

I was on a live chat earlier with a customer service rep and that person was unprofessional and the chat gave me a strange vibe. The person said said strange things and used heart emojis. They said, you are very polite and patient throught the chat today. I wish every customer is wonderful like you❤️.  Take care a good bless and have a blessed lyf❤️”  I actually went into an Xfinity store to confirm that this person actually scheduled my service appointment.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
