Live chat assistant

I usually don’t leave a review and most times the live chat assistants aren’t very helpful but this one interaction I had recently was very kind communicative and passionate about helping me she exceeded my expectations and helped me with all areas of my issues even though xfinity internet sucks and I was very close to canceling my account and moving to another internet provider she made my day and was the only reason you didn’t lose a customer today so all praise to Silica!! 10/10 service from her and whatever ya are paying her is not enough. - Yanixa [Edit: Private Information Removed (last name)]
