Is your site not working ? My mother in law tried to call my xfinity land line. When she dialed to call us, a prerecorded voice told her she needed to dial #55 to allow the call to go through. She repeated the process , then was told to dial #41 prior get the call to go through again. What could be the problem?

Hello raydash53 , I'm not sure what is causing the issue for your mother specifically, but we can take a deeper look into it. Are you having any issues receiving other calls on the Xfinity Landline? What phone service was your mother using to reach out to you?
The #55 would usually send her straight to your voicemail. Not sure what the #41 is.
