Live agents are just horrid marketing dummies
Hopped on to the live agent chat in the app to put a hold on internet services for a month but instead escaped an absolute scam at the last minute. This guy just piled on add on services in my account and sent me a link to accept those charges. As soon as I have some time to at hand, I am going to switch to another Internet provider. These agents seem to be making commission on these sales and I don't want to be a target for this scummy mob.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
