I need help accessing an old email address box. I know it’s probably deleted  but I need Xfinity to confirm that via chat. This is to prove to another app that I set up long ago that I no longer have access to the old email account. Ty!

Yes you'll get the assistance,  So what I'm asking are you able to log in  with your e-mail address and go and check your e-mail?

My old email- no. I have a current email that I can log into but that doesn’t help with the old email. I just need someone to verify in writing that that old email is no longer accessible. Just a line saying my k…….@Comcast.net is no longer valid and cannot be accessed.

Thanks for clarifying,  so if you're getting that message that means the e-mail has been deleted and is no longer accessible or recoverable as we no longer provide secondary e-mail addresses
