Hey there user_7bwxn9 thanks so much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums! Is the Samsung TV Plus App the only one that is having this issue? Are other devices also experiencing issues, or just the TV?

Samsung TV Plus is on tv screen. Says there's a network problem. I unplugged tv and plugged back in and "network status" the same
