How can I speak to a live agent? I have gone through the Chat Assistant and nothing pertains to my issue.

11/15/25  I was finally connected to a live agent after typing , help, customer service, then live agent over 12x the live agent was useless after engaging me for over 20 minutes. mid way through the chat, a new agent takes over then tells me they can't request service cancelations  i haven't tried calling yet because I am still[Edited: "Language"] with the online chat. Yes, totally useless   I'm definitely reporting  to FTC and my State Attorney General!

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.


Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
