Live agent

One hour trying to talk to a representative the number I call keeps sending me go pre recorded scripts and the live chat agent keeps disconnecting and won’t transfer me to someone on the phone one hour and still have not been able to change my pkan

This is insanity and why I didn't have Comcast for many years. 

 I want to talk to an actual person to discuss downgrading my account.  How in the world is a person supposed to do that?
