I can not believe why it is so difficult to speak to a human being. I don’t want to speak to a computer, but a live breathing person. It is very frustrating, when they keep trying to send you a link; or you go from 7 minutes to 17 minutes to speak with a person. How about people who don’t know how to maneuver the internet or online communication. I think this is really bad Customer Service.
