Live agent

This is [Edited: "Language"], I've been doing this for 2 days and in sick of it. I want a [Edited: "Language"] person to help me

That language is what the poor agent gets when you make it so difficult to even talk to a live person.  As I said, 2 days worth of needing to talk to a real person and not able to because infinity has made it near impossible.  I pay almost 200 dollars a month for your service and shoukd not have to be put through this kind of craziness. Make agents available. I don't need to listen to a computer ask me over and over questions that arnt related to why I call. When I say agent 200 times I'd think I'd get one but all I got was more irrelevant questions. It's frustrating and un nessasry
