Live Agent was Inappropriate and Crossed Business Line
I spoke to a live agent named Parveen 05-15-25 around 9:35-9:55 am Central Standard Time. I was asking about lowering my mobile bill and he soon became unprofessional. He first asked how my day was going, then the conversation went from professional to about his personal life and also him telling me "He is here for me." This is extremely unprofessional and crossed the line. He was giving me personal details about his life that I did not ask and it soon became very uncomfortable when he asked "Are we connected :)" and then "I am here for you." because I did not reply to his message about his mother which read "I am doing great I am working on my shift and my shift is about to end within hour, also I am very excited because I am going to my home town to surprise my mom :)" I did not want to respond to that because this was business talk only, and he started to make it very unprofessional and crossed a line. I wish to file a formal complaint about him. Then he typed "... its been more than 1 year I have not met her finally going to make it:)" then he sent "." just a period, I presume to keep the chat open because I got uncomfortable and did not respond. This needs reported immediately to his supervisor and upper management.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
