live agent to cancel MLB+ premium

I need to talk with a live agent (only getting AI, website chats are AI, phone number on my bill is a 3rd party to sell me something, and I 800 Xfinity will not give me a live agent--sends me to AI chat, and 1 800 934 6489 hangs up on me and tells me to go to the website.)  to cancel MLB+.  Must be cancelled within 30 days--going on 9 days trying to do it.  Please help.  It used to be so easy to contact Xfinity at any time--talk with a local agent who always helped tremendously.  This is not great--so sad to say I'm not a fan of AI.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
