They've been [Edited: "Language"] me around for weeks so I'll give you the advice that worked for me. I called a local store and was very firm with the employee. Insisted that I didn't want a callback, I wanted to cancel it now. They tried to upsell me and I insisted that I was never gonna give comcast another cent and that no [Edited: "Language"] deal was gonna make that ok. [Edited: "Language"] but tried to not blame the employee because it wasn't her fault. And they canceled it! She claimed it would be prorated but that seems to not have been the case. Right now I'm trying to deal with the direct message system and it's a joke. They leave you on read for an hour each message but act like if you don't respond within 15 minutes it's your fault (there is no notification to let you know they responded)
