Live agent Shaika 12/12/25
I was having issues for 4-5 hours with getting my mobile service to turn back on after I paid it around 5:45 am. So I reached out to a live agent to see what they could do to help me. I was blessed with the agent named Shaika. She provided the best customer service I have ever encountered in my life! She went above and beyond, she was so kind and helped me get my service back on. She provided what the reasoning for it to not have came back on as soon as I paid for it. I wasn't able to type her back after she asked me to restart my phone and see if the service was back on. For some reason the automated system in the chat wasn't allowing me to reply to her or get my message to her but wanted to let her know I hope she has a great a Christmas, happy holidays and many blessings her way! XFINITY hired the right employee she deserves a raise!!!(:
