Live agent has been having emails and phone calls sent to my phone, as well as disconnecting internet on and off
I had a pleasant chat with Rohit 3/20/2026 about 20 minutes ago. He seemed frustrated at me but I thought the conversation went well, I was just going over a small trivial matter about my account. I ended the chat after thanking him and I keep getting emails and texts and calls from xfinity immediately after. I was asked to submit my code like 10 times in a row right after we ended the conversation and we never did anything needing a code from my phone. Rohit seemed real mad at me for some reason. Please can someone help turn all these messages and phone calls off.
