Live agent for bonus signup and military

First off… with all due respect. Why [Edited: "Language"] is it so hard to reach a live agent when the automated system can help me? This is absolutely ridiculous. This company needs to fix this asap. 

HOWEVER, I just need to check what is going on with the $200 bonus signup up and the $100 for being a veteran. I saw something about the reward level to be the top one as well? 

For the love of god help me before I just stop using xfinity all-together.
