Links in a message from xfinity don't start with https

I pay my Xfinity bill on a monthly basis -- I receive an email from Xfinity telling me, "Your bill statement is ready".  I log into my Xfinity bill account and pay the bill.

On March 12, I received notification from Xfinity, but the links went to http://t4.account.xfinity ...  , instead of https://t4.account.xfinity ... , indicating that the web site may not be secured by a site certificate (or possibly hacked).  It did go to the correct secured site. What is going on?  This is the first month that this happened.  I'm very paranoid about internet security.

@littlepeaks  Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Xfinity bill. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and I would be more than happy to assist you today. Also, please provide your full name and address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: Go to xfinityforums.com
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
