Links go nowhere and I cannot redeem reports for my diamond membership

  • My account is hitting a 'net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE' on both the app and website when trying to redeem rewards. I have already cleared cache and tried multiple browsers. Please open a ticket with the Rewards Backend Team to re-sync my membership status."

Getting very frustrating. The links I have tried go nowhere and I've also tried going to the website and when I get in there and do the same thing the late goes nowhere!!!! I'm nearly ready to give up on Comcast and go to Roku and just streaming services so please get to me as soon as possible
