Linking accounts is broken

I just get an error saying these accounts cannot be linked. 5 hours on phone and chat with customer service later and we are still in the same place.

Hey there, user_vhijlu! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the troubles with linking accounts together, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. While speaking with our team members, did they open a ticket for our advanced repair team?

They did not. They said they didn't have the option to
