linked user account create

A new linked user account was created when I changed my internet plan. Now I am  receiving new equipment and I don't know how to proceed.

Now just a few minutes ago I received and email stating that my xfinity  account cancellation request has been received ??

I would be happy to look into why you received that notification and help stop the change from happening to your account. To get started, please send a Direct Message with your full name and address. 
 

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
