Link to History Channel app

I want to use the History Channel streaming app, but to access certain videos on it, I have to link my xfinity account with the History Channel in my package. So I added the History Channel but the app still says I don't have it.  I added it to my account about a week ago, so I'm wondering, when will it take effect?

Hello user_r2oszh I'm sorry to read that you are unable to access the streaming options through the history channel after making the change to your services. Usually the entitlements will process with the account change and other times we may need to refresh the account. I'm curious if you are having issues with access the history channel with the Xfinity Stream app as well to help us know if any entitlements are flowing for the service.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
