Lines have fallen from utility pole

Hello,

im having some trouble getting help in regards to downed Xfinity lines on my property. I live in a row-home and all of xfinity’s lines come off of shared poles in our alley ways. Mine have become disconnected and fallen across the alley where people walk and drive. I’ve got them lifted to the point where it’s mostly out of the way but it’s still a huge safety hazard. I’ve been told to submit requests by customer service who just has me fill out an online report. Who can actually schedule a tech? Seems crazy that it’s so difficult.
