Lines down need to set up appt

Hi! I’m trying to figure out how to set up an appointment so xfinity knows my cable lines need to put back up. (Taken down from fallen tree branch) I can’t get a hold of anyone live to set up a time. Do I have to wait until service is restored for the neighborhood and then wait again to make an appt? Help!
