Hey there, @user_y5mbaq! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I know how important it is to have the lines buried at your location, it can take up to 14 days to complete the line bury. If there are any delays due to permitting or work that might require construction, it can take up to 30 days. When did you report the line concerns?
Our team can help to see if there is a pending order for the line work to be done, and can notify our local teams if nothing is showing. Since we would need your information, please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
