Line wants removed and into his own account with xfinity

Hello,

I added a line awhile back who was on his own plan. This was a painful process that took over an hour and transfered over 5 times untill someone could help.

This line now has his own internet and wants to go back to his own plan with xfinity. I do not want to call the customer service line again and get transferred for over an hour to get this resolved.

Is there a way to removed this line and add it to his current xfinity internet account seamlessly?
