Line repair not following through

Hi there! A few weeks ago I had an appointment with an Xfinity tech in which they diagnosed the the internet issues I'd been having for the last month and a half were due to a fault in the line. They said that others would come out in the next two days to make repairs, however no such thing has happened and the issues still persist. I'm just wondering what I should do about this, if there is anyone I can contact to confirm that the repairs were in fact scheduled, or if I should simply have another appointment with a tech person. I would be happy with anything at this point, as Xfinity Assistant has nothing regarding the subject and trying to call customer support only leads me to a text to speech version of it.
