line problem
There is a cable line behind my house that has tree branches growing over it, it's bent down pretty far and will likely snap soon.
I tried to report it to your imbecilic chat bot but it's far too stupid to do anything useful.
I tried to call in to my local xfinity store, but same problem your auto prompt guard never lets me talk to a person.
Your avoidance of hiring people is disgusting and your chatbot/auto prompt is complete garbage. Xfinity should do way better
I can't wait until Fidium comes to my area because I will dump this garbage company as soon as I can, you've made the customer experience completely unbearable, once your monopoly in this area is over, so many will flee your dumpster fire of a company
