Line on sidewalk, trip hazard

the cable box between [Edited: Personal Information] has had a temporary cable laying across the sidewalk.  This is a very hazardous condition and has been this way for several months now.  We have a blind person in the neighborhood who often walks the street here. This is an accident waiting to happen and should be given the highest priority!
