Line needs relocated

We need to have our line relocated in our yard. When 811 marked our yard the report stated no line in excavation area for Comcast. The digging began today and now the line was cut. We need it repaired.

Hi there, @user_x44aew. You are at the right place for assistance. I am sorry to hear 811 did not mark the line. If your service is offline we will set up an in home visit. They can run a temporary line to get your service working ASAP. The line team would come back later to install and bury the permanent line.
