Line hit by tree company. Cannot contact Comcast to have line fixed.
I still have internet but my line was knocked loose by a tree company while they were removing a tree. I cannot find anyone to contact. I put in a ticket saying it was a trip hazard as this was the closest option to my situation and it was simply marked by Comcast as resolved without anyone from Comcast even looking at it. I need it fixed since it will eventually break and I will lose my interent connection. I'm surprised I'm still able to connect. It needs to be fixed ASAP but cannot find any contacts.
